Pastor:
Stephen Hambidge

Pastor Stephen Hambidge and his family have been with us at Holy Trinity since 1994. He previously served in churches in northern Alberta and south-western Ontario.

Stephen grew up on the north coast of British Columbia in a place that recorded over 100 inches of rain a year, so he's quite happy to be living in a dryer Alberta climate. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Victoria, Stephen moved to Nottingham, England for three years where he did his theological studies. He enjoyed his time in England, particularly because it was at St. John's College in Nottingham that Stephen met Mandy. The two of them were married in 1989 and now have two children, Rachel and Joel.

Stephen's interests include sports (he'll even still admit that he's a Vancouver Canuck fan!), photography and computers. He enjoys preaching and teaching and loves to see people coming to an awareness that God loves them.

Pastor Stephen is on sabbatical until August 2008.

Associate Pastor:
Jonathan Hoskin

Pastor Jonathan Hoskin and his family arrived in January, 2008. He had
previously ministered in churches in west-central Saskatchewan and in
Northern Ontario.

Jonathan grew up in Rocky Mountain House, but then spent 10 years East of
the province, before coming to Holy Trinity - and so he's pleased to be back
in the foothills, in sight of the mountains. Jonathan earned his Honours BA
at Lakehead University (Thunder Bay) in Philosophy, and then studied for his
Master of Divinity degree at Wycliffe College (Toronto). He met his wife
Cindy in Toronto, and they have a daughter, Adriana. Jonathan is currently
studying for his Master's degree in Sacred Theology (in New Testament
Studies) through Emmanuel & St. Chad, Saskatoon.

Jonathan enjoys video games, reading and computers. He believes that his
job in the church, as an ordained minister, is one of 'encouraging and
equipping the saints for their own ministries.' To this end, he has a heart
for evangelism.
