Sierra Leone Mission   

Holy Trinity is sending a Mission Team to the West African country of Sierra Leone in May, and you can help!

Silent Auction: March 27 at the church
Appetizers and Silent Auction to begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by African Buffet and Entertainment. Cost: $15; tickets available from anybody from the Sierra Leone Mission Team or by phoning the church office at (403) 275-3630.

A number of people have asked what kind of things they might donate for the auction, so here are some suggestions:

- hockey tickets;
- gift baskets -- maybe with a theme, such as coffee lover;
- if you go for regular haircuts, perhaps your stylist would donate a cut or highlights;
- if you go for a manicure or pedicure, perhaps your manicurist would donate a manicure or pedicure;
- perhaps you have rental property;
- perhaps you like to cook or bake, and could donate some frozen suppers, or perhaps muffins once a week or a month;
- babysitting;
- perhaps you have a friend who owns a business and you could ask them to donate something;
- a Chapters card
- movie tickets;
- perhaps you are creative and could donate a craft item;
- pet services
- perhaps you have 'famous' friends, who would donate a signed item

This list is certainly not exhaustive, but just some suggestions.
