NICK VUJICIC OF LIFE WITHOUT LIMBS
Born without limbs and without any medical explanation for his condition, Nick is a world-renowned evangelist and motivational speaker. If you haven’t had the privilege of hearing Nick’s inspirational message of hope please check out his website and watch his featured videos on his website (www.lifewithoutlimbs.org) on Youtube.
Two Opportunities to hear Nick speak on Friday, May 28th
Community Luncheon: Including People with Disabilities in The Life of The Church
Where: Centre Street Church, Chapel – 3900 2nd Street N.E.
What: An opportunity to hear from featured speakers such as Nivk Vujicic, the leadership team of the Abilities Church (www.abilitieschurch.org) and other ministry leaders on how we can create a welcoming and accessible environment for people of wide ranging disabilities in the life of the church.
When: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. May 28, 2010
Cost: $12.00 (lunch provided)

Outreach Evening Event: No Limbs to No Limits
Where: Centre Street Church, Worship Centre
What: An outreach opportunity for the community hear Nick’s message as well as other guest performers, such as the Justin Hines Band (www.justinhines.com) who recently performed at the Paralympics. Justin Hines was born with a rare genetic called Larson Syndrome and by overcoming many challenges is now a popular singer/songwriter with an inspirational message of hope and courage!
When: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Cost: $15.00

We again are registering a team in the CCMS (Calgary Christian Mixed Slo-Pitch) league which will make it our 7th year. If you are away from church on a Sunday morning and would still like to hear the sermon that was preached, you can find past sermons available on our church website. Just go to www.holytrinitycalgary.org and click on Sermon Downloads. Once that page opens click on the sermon that you missed. It may take a bit of time to download the sermon, but once it is downloaded you can simply listen to it on your computer. |
